A/R Invoice Setup


Where the information on your A/R Invoice is coming from…

What appears on your A/R invoice comes from several areas. Adding and adjusting these should get you the invoice you want to see.

The Payment Terms set-up screen can be accessed from the Receivables->Preferences->Customer Payment Terms menu. You can set up as many Payment Terms as you need, just click the Add button on the ribbon for a new Payment Terms setup.

 

 

You’ll see Project Details by going to Job Costing->Accounts->Projects where you’ll get your entire project list. Click the waffle next to the project you want to work with.

 

Once inside the Project Details, you can choose the General Info tab for the Commercial Titles.

 

And the Product Info Tab for the Agency Job Number and Agency Purchase Order.
